A quiet invitation.
A path into something deeper.
A place to meet.
A doorway.
My work takes place in quiet spaces.
In forests.
In circles.
In moments where something begins to shift —
often gently, and without force.
It is not a method, but a way of being.
A way of listening.
Of allowing.
Of returning to what is already there.
Ways of working
Meditation
A space to arrive.
To listen beneath the noise.
To remember what is already there.
Forest Bathing
A return to your senses.
Where the body can soften and the mind can rest.
Through the quiet language of the natural world.
And a slower way of being.
Ceremony & Energy Work
There are ways of listening that do not belong to language.
My work in Energy Medicine grows from both formal study at the Scandinavian School of Energy Medicine and a quieter inheritance —
a lineage carried through my grandmother, a curandeira, whose presence shaped my understanding of what it means to tend to another human being.
Alongside this, I hold small circles and ceremonies that honor life’s thresholds — moments of change, transition, and quiet becoming.
This work is gentle.
It does not seek to fix or to lead.
It makes space.
A space where something can be felt, remembered, or released —
in its own time, in its own way.
